1. Subject
The website fitloop.net (the "Site") is operated by Fit & Social S.r.l. Unipersonale, Viale Risorgimento 19/A, 25060 Cellatica (BS), Italia, tax code and VAT no. 04041980980, certified e-mail fitandsocial@pec.it. The Site provides information and promotion about the FitLoop and FitLoop Business services. Use of the FitLoop app, the FitLoop Business platform and the web store is governed by their own terms and agreements, accepted inside the applications.
2. Content and intellectual property
Texts, images, videos, animations, demo avatars, software, trademarks and logos on the Site belong to the operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Browsing for personal use is permitted; any reproduction, extraction or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited. The avatars shown are generated from real people who consented to publication.
3. Information, prices and offers
Information on the Site is provided for illustration and may be updated without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT for consumers and exclusive of VAT for businesses (FitLoop Business); launch offers are subject to the conditions stated on the relevant pages and in the agreements. In case of differences between the Site and the contractual documents accepted in the applications, the latter prevail.
4. No medical advice
The content of the Site and the FitLoop services do not constitute medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice and do not replace the opinion of a healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before starting a training or nutrition programme.
5. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party services (app stores, payment platforms, social networks). The operator is not responsible for the content and terms of those services.
6. Availability and liability
The operator undertakes to keep the Site accessible without guaranteeing continuity. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the Site, interruptions or errors in content, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data of Site users is described in the Privacy notice and the Cookie policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with consumers fall under the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile; any other dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia. Complaints and requests: info@fitloop.net.
